At Posthumy, we understand that circumstances change, and we want to make managing your account as simple and fair as possible — while maintaining the integrity and sustainability of the platform we’ve built to honour your legacy.
 
Cancelling Your Account
You may cancel your Posthumy account at any time. Simply log in to your dashboard, navigate to Settings > Subscription, and select Cancel Plan. Your account will be closed, and all future check-ins and scheduled deliveries will be disabled. We recommend downloading any important content before cancelling your subscription.

Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day grace period for new users:

  • If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of account creation, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Refund requests can be submitted by emailing our support team at [insert support email].

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation.

 
We appreciate your trust in using Posthumy to prepare something meaningful. Our refund policy is designed to offer flexibility without compromising the infrastructure needed to deliver secure, long-term digital legacies.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • If your subscription has been active for more than 7 days, we are unable to issue a refund.

  • All prior monthly or annual payments are non-refundable.

  • If you have paid for a yearly subscription and pass away during the active 12-month period, no partial refund will be issued. This ensures that your messages, instructions, and content are still delivered securely to your loved ones, as intended.
